There is jjo news of Mitchell and presumably he is remaining at Jinpa, on Lake Victoria NyanzaThe next landing ground is Kisumli, 113 miles distant, where new RollsRoyce engines are awaiting Mitchell's machine. Received Feb. 28, 1.10 a.m. Cairo, Feb. 22. A new Vickers Vimy aeroplane, to which the engines and other equipment of the Silver Queen were transferred, started for Khartoum early to-day. Mitchell reached Kisumu after two forced landings. He camped out two nights, and lions disturbed his rest.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
