THE SEAMEN'S DISPUTE. PRINCIPAL DEMAND GRANTED. Received Feb. 25, 10 40 p.m. Sydney, Feb. 25. The Inter-State ship-owners decided to grant seamen access to wharves and ships in search of work, thus removing the main obstacle to a resumption of work. The Union is awaiting the same concession from the coastal owners. There now only remains the question of accommodation, and most ships having complied with the provisions of the Act there is no fear of a serious hold-up.— Aus.-NIZ. Cable Assn.
