Maartens, the Soviet Ambassador, gave evidence before the Senate committee. He said: "I am glad that I am a Bolshevik and would be very glad to see America become Bolshevik, but deny that I am, working to overthrow the United States Government." CANADIAN MINERAL OUTPUT. Ottawa, Feb. 18.' Canada's mineral output during 1919 is valued at 167 million dollars, 44 million less than in 1918.
