STATISTICAL CONFERENCE. By Telegraph —-Press Assn.—dopyr!|jUt. London, Feb. 22. The Statistical Conference concludes on the 25th. FOOD CONTROL. London, Feb. 23. Mr, Roberts; Food Controller, prior to relinquishing his duties, submitted to Cabinet a memorandum strongly urging the continuance of the Ministry's functions with increased powers.
