A RAID IN DUBLIN.
SECRET SOCIETY CAPTURED. THE CROWD FIRED ON. By Telei.Tr.ph rress Assn.—Copyrljht. London, Fob. 20. A tank, armored car; and military motor ears made a raid on premises in Aimgier Street. Dublin, arrested seven men, seized rifles and a quantity of ammunition. It is believed the civilian wounded in Westmoreland Street was connected/ with the premises now raided. The civilian, though in a critical condition, refuses to give his name. Apparently his fleeting comrade?, cie-ertod him when he was in a state of collapse. He is not expected to recover. A rosary of beads beside the body indicate that the man was shot while praying ami^ expecting death. Farmers in'the neighbourhood heard shots, but were afraid to venture out to investigate. A hundred police and fully-armed soldiers were employed in the Aungier Street raid upon a window blind factory. In addition to a tank and motor lorrie:, two armored ears were engaged, from the turrets of which machineguns were turned on the crowd watching the operations. Soldiers with fixed bayonets lined the streets, while the police tore up sill the flooring of the factory and, after two hours, brought out two brothers of M'Grath, the civilian'wounded in Westmoreland Street. The crowd gave the prisoners a tremendous cheer, and hissed the soldiers and police. The soldiers are guarding Mercer's Hospital, where the other M'Grath is lying.
