Mr. Ohaaiberla ill eaid that Britain had granted loans to Russia for war purposes amounting to SGB millions sterling, to France £470,500,000, Belgium £80,500.000, and other Allies 71 millions. These loans were exclusive of advances for reconstruction. In ' the House of Lords, replying to Lord Buckmaster, Lord Hilton said the total deadweight, debt' of Great Britain at February 14 was 7913 millions, being a reduction of 85 millions compared W : th December 31. The debt due to the United States Government and financiers was 985 millions, and to other foreigners, including Japan and neutrals, 150 millions.
