BRITISH DEBTS.
TOTAL 7913 MILLIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London. Feb. 19. In the House of Commons, replying to Mr. Grattan Doyle. Mr. Ohaaiberla ill eaid that Britain had granted loans to Russia for war purposes amounting to SGB millions sterling, to France £470,500,000, Belgium £80,500.000, and other Allies 71 millions. These loans were exclusive of advances for reconstruction. In ' the House of Lords, replying to Lord Buckmaster, Lord Hilton said the total deadweight, debt' of Great Britain at February 14 was 7913 millions, being a reduction of 85 millions compared W : th December 31. The debt due to the United States Government and financiers was 985 millions, and to other foreigners, including Japan and neutrals, 150 millions.
