BURGLAR'S CINEMA FILM.

THEFT EFFECTED IN PARIS FLAT. A burglary attended by unusual circumstances was carried out recently in one of the aristocratic quarters of Paris. Mme. Tschebaoul. a Turkish lady interested in art and literature, had gathered together in her flat antique furniture, embroideries, and curios worth a very considerable sum. Her luxurious surroundings aroused the cupidity of certain of her acquaintances, who, as soon as the idea of a burglary occurred to them, bejan systematically to prepare for its execution. Two of them cailed on Mme. Tschebaoul, and informed her that they had prepared a little surprise for her. She was to be shown u cinema film which had been taken for her alone, and which would be destroyed after slie had witnessed it. The Turkish lady, flattered by such an unusual attention, accepted the invitation, and wax much interested in the film, which portrayed the burglary of a luxuriously furnished flat. On her return home she found that the film was only a forecast of the truth, and that her flat had been burgled in her absence, everything Of value having been removed.
