INFLUENZA SWEEPS VIENNA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Vienna, Feb. IS. There are 40,000 cases of influenza and the number is increasing. The "hospitals are choked. It is believed the lack of coal has encouraged the spread of infection. An all night service of electric coffin cars has been inaugurated. In view of the increased railway charges and the postal employees' demands it ia expected the Budget will announce higher postage, while parcel post rates will be increased SO per cent.
