THE PRINCE'S VISIT.
To (he Editor. : Sir,—Ro tlio visit of tlie Prince, our future King, opportunity comes to nil once for sure in n lifetime Why not take advantage of it now? Could wo not lay the foundation stone of an archway opposite our station for the entrance of our futuro opera house., sadly needed here, and so commemorate the past (1) For the soldiers who have fought and given their all; (2) For tlioso who happily returned; (3) Tor those mothers whoso sacrifice only mothers know; (4) For all who did their duty during the great war; (ii) and last, hut not least. In memory of that great Peace-maker Edward "VII (cur grand King), our King, and the visit ot our Prince, and our country.—l am, etc, PROGRESS AND PATRIOTISM.
