THE POLICY OP LABOR. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrlsht, Sydney, Feb. IS. Mr; Storey delivered a Labor policy speech. It includes proposal;! for the. abolition of State Governors and the Upper House; for a child subsidy to include the imprisonment of those guilty of profiteering; wheat production to he encouraged by guaranteeing a minimum price, which wfll bo paid in "full upon delivery, and. the establishment of a rural bank empowered to issue bonds against mortgages. Mr/Storey also intends to nationalise monopolies, including the coastal steamships and ferry services, and establish nationcl industries in which the employees will participate.
