EX-KAISER'S EXTRADITION.
HOLLAND STILL REFUSES.

It is understood that Holland, answering the second Note refusing to the surrender of the ex-Kaiser, agrees to guard the ex-Kaiser closely.—Renter Service. Hague, Feb. 17. Holland has decided, according to the Press, to adhere to her refusal to give up the ex-Kaiser.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Asm. TRIAL OF CRIMINALS. MAY BE LEfFtO GERMANY. Paris, Feb. IS. The Echo do Paris states that while the trial of war criminals is definitely held up it is believed the Powers will permit Germany to try the criminals, reserving the right to take further measures if the trials are regarded as unsatisfactory.
