IRELAND CHALLENGES AMERICA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Feb. 18, 9.35 p.m. New York, Feb. 17. The New York Yacht Club has formally announced Its acceptance of the challenge of the Royal Ulster Yacht Club. The races will bo held on July 15, 17, 22 and 24, or until ono yacht wins three races. Tho course will bo off Sandy Hook. The New York Yacht Club first contended for Newport.—Aus.-N.Si. Cable Assn.
