RIDER KILLED INSTANTLY
By TalegL-aph.—3?res3 Association. Te Awamutu, Last Night, Charles McPike, aged 48, believed"to be a resident of Otorolmnga, was thrown from a horse in Te Awamutu to-day, and killed instantly. The horse bolted, and when rounding a corner fell, throwing the rider with great force against a fence, and fracturing his skull.
