CONFERENCE IN HOLLAND.

GENERAL SUPPORT FOR STRIKES-

Rotterdam, Feb. 15 . Eight countries were representee nt the secret Bolshevik Conference and Central Bureau established in Holland. The movement is based on great financial support from the conference, and aims at saining the leadership bv worldwide strikes. It will support any new German revolution. It was decided to support immediate agitation to prevent Allied trade with Russia, through the Russian Co-operative Associations* which js regarded as a plot to divide workmen nnd farmers and destroy the Soviet monopoly. Among those attending the conference who were arrested was a woman disguised in male attire, named Wynkoop a leader of the Dutch revoli'tWaries Times.
