Mrs. Morris, aged fifty-four, the mother of fifteen children,' ordered the intruders to leave. « The leader of the gang fired a shot &t the ceiling to intimidate the woman, but she seized a spade and rushed at the intruders. The leader fired point blank, and the woman fell ns.her husband rushed in, and she died in his arms. -

A TRAIN STOPPED. AMMUNITION SEIZED. Received Feb, 17, 12.25 a.m. London, Feb. 18. At>ain of forty-eight trucks, filled with Jhilitary stores and ammunition, in charge of a military guard, was nearing Dublin, when bombs were thrown at the train, which stopped.
