AVON CLUB STRATFORD. . A meeting of the Avon Bowling Club, Stratford, was held on Friday evening, Mr. J. Master.-; presiding over an attendance of aboyt 25 members. Plans and specifications for a pavilion, estimated to cost between £450 and £SOO, were submitted and adopted, anil it was decided to order the materials and commence the building as soon as possible. The pavilion, when completed, will be of an artistic dwign and will be fitted with nil conveniences. It will have two verandahs. 7ft. Sins, wide, on the eastern and northern sides, and will contain a refreshment room, 16t"t. by 2fift., ladies' room, lfift- by 10ft., howlers' room, 12ft. hv lfift., and kitchen, 10ft. by 10ft.
