THE ALLIES.

LONDON CONFERENCE,

THE BLACK LIST DISCUSSED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrlsht. Received Feb. 5, 5.5 p.m. London, Feb. 12. The Supreme Council sat for six hours to-day. It is believed the meeting in Lyndon will last three weeks. No American representatives attended. The Council considered the question of the surrender of war criminals, and complete agreement was found to exist between the Allies regarding further representations to Germany. The Allied Finance Ministers shortly meet to discuss the European financial problems, and report to the Supreme Council. It was decided that Paris will continue to be the official headquarters of the Council.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. , : THE EX-KAISER. EXTRADITION NOT PRESSED. Received Feb. 15, 5.5 p.m. London, Feb. 13. The Supreme Council considered a reply to the Dutch Note of January 23. It is understood the reply will not repeat the demand for the surrender of the exKaiser, but will point out the undesirability of retaining him in Holland, both in the interest of Holland and of the peace of Europe.

The Council also considered the German informal reply regarding the war criminals. It is understood Germany declined to surrender the latter, but offered to try them before a German tribunal. It is expected that the Council's final answer will be drafted this afternoon, and immediately telegraphed to Germany.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
