THE PRINCE OF WALES.
VISIT TO NEW PLYMOUTH The Prince of Wales will visit New Plymouth about tho middle of April, and will spend one day here. All arrangements for the tour are lit the hands of the Cover 11 or-General, aii<l any arrangements he makes have to be submitted to the Prince's advisers before they can be regarded as definite, but as far as the itinerary of the tottr is concerned this is a formal procedure, so that if the Governor-General includes New Plymouth no alteration is likely to be made. A Government official was in N(w Plymouth yesterday arranging for the visit of the Prince, but no details will be .matte known until the tour is announced officially.
