Box 69, Dannevirke, with the name and age at the time of entry, name of owner, pedigreo and performances of tho horse, and the registered colors of tho owner. 2. Entries by telegram MUST be confirmed in writing by the NEXT MAIL, otherwise the fine under the Rules of Racing will bo Imposed. 3. All colors must be registered, or a of 1 sov will be imposed for every start. 4. The Committee reserve tho right to alter the dato or .time for tho declaration of nominations, weights, or acceptances, as they may think fit. 5. When nominating, tho NAME and ADDRESS of the Trainer MUST be given, also the NAME or ASSUMED NAME of. the Owner, with his address.
