WARNING TO GERMANY.
TO REPAY FRENCH LOAN. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrlcht. Received Feb. 13, 12.15 am. Paris, Feb! 11. The Temps states that M. Miilerand (the Premier) has informed Germany that owing to her non-fulfilment of certain clauses of thft Treaty the Aiiied evacuation of the Rhine provinces has been postponed indefinitely. Marshal Foch accompanies M- Millerand and French Ministers To London for Thursday's Allied conference. It ii expected M. Miller,md will open negotiation.; in London for long terra British credits to France; also for raisin,!; a large international loan to which the Allien and neutrals will contribute, for the purpose of re-establishing French industries.
