RESULTS OF COMPETITIONS. By Telegraph.—Pres.? Association. Dannevirke, Last Night. People's Day at the Dannevirke Show passed off in glorious ■weather, a,nd before a large attendance. George Beatson's Royal Stag was awarded the hack championship, Miss G Maher's Bachelor winning the championship for harness horses. The principal competitions resulted:— Ladies' Driving: Miss M. Barker. Hunters' Competition (open): Miss MaeNiven's Omnia 1, Phi! Drummond's Spider 2, Miss Norah Armstrong's Korangi 3. Sheep Dog Trial: ,J. R. Corrigan's Marvel 1, John Lang's Fan 2. Ladies' Hunters Competition: Miss MaeNiven's Omnia 1, Miss .Toy McHardy's Pathfinder 2, Miss G. Maher's Romeo 3. Twining: Miss G. Maher 1, Miss Norah Armstrong 2. Wire Jump (hunting style): Mrs. J. B. Adcane's Colonel 1, Miss MaeNiven's Omnia 2. Leaping .Match: Miss MaeNiven's Omnia 1, A. j. Ayres' Civls 2.
