JEWS IN RUSSIAN POLAND. tfy Telegraph —Pren Assn.—Copyright. Received Feb. 13, 12.15 a.m. London, Feb. 10. Hie Polish Parliament has passed a Bill excluding from citizenship a hundred thousand Jews formerly residing in Russian Poland, who were not registered as permanent residents under the old Russian law. English Jews protest that this means that they are liable to have their property confiscated as foreigners, though they are still,liable to taxation and mili-service.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
