Smith, M,P. Yesterday Mr. Smith, received a reply frpmi,-Mr. Massey, who Bald the delay in sending tho last shipment of seventy-five -tons of sugar "was due to »at weather and a holiday in Auckland. Mr. Massey added that he had made arrangements for a further fifty tons of sugar to be forwarded from Auckland yesterday, arid this is expected to reach N'tw Plymouth by the Rarawa this morning.
