Tho winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights if handicapped under Bst 101b) to carry 101b penalty, and for every additional win lilb extra. If handicapped at Sst 101b or over to. carry only half the above penalty, or if tho handlcapper deems fit ho may increase the above penalties. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All entries must be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, P.O. Bos tS9, Dannevirke, with the namo and age at tho timo of entry, name of owner, pedigree and performances of tho horse, and the registered colors of the owner. 2. Entries by telegram MUST bo confirmed in writing by the NEXT MAIL, otherwise the fine under Hid Rules of Racing will be imposed. 3. All colors must be registered, or a fine of 1 sov will bo imposed for every start. 4. The Committee reserve the right to alter tho date or ttoie for tho declaration of nominations, weights, or acceptances, as they may think fit. 5. When nominating, the NAME and ADDRESS of the Trainer MUST be given, also the NAME or ASSUMED NAME of tho Owner, with his address. NOMINATIONS for all events close on FRIDAY', 20th February, 1920, at 8 o'clock p.m WEIGHTS will be declared on or about SATURDAY, 28th February, 1920. ACCEPTANCES for all events FIRST DAY and ENTRIES for MAIDEN PLATE and for HACK SCURRY, close on WEDNESDAY, 3rd March, 1920, at S o'clock p.m. WEIGHTS for SECOND DAY will be declared about 8 p.m. on the evening of the first day's races.
