A NEW CHEESE FACTORY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Westport, Feb. 7. The official opening of the first cheese factory in this district took place at Birchfield to-day, where there was a large and representative gathering of citizens and fanners, over which Mr. Mclntvre, County Chairman, presided. Speeches of a congratulatory nature were made by prominent citizens, and the hope was expressed that this industry would be a steadily expanding one.
