George Newman, alias George Neville, was charged with the theft of two revolvers and case, valued at about £(l, from a box left in a house rented by accused. He was found not guilty. AUCKLAND SESSION, Auckland, Feb. 4. In the Supreme Court, John Edwin Robinson, for indecent assault on a little girl, was sentenced to four years' hard labor.
