The Inter-Allied Commission has declared that men-of-war to be delivered under the terms of the Peace Treaty must be completely armed and provided with all material, except ammunition and explosives. Germany replied that she was obliged, under the Armistice, to disarm all unintemed warships, and, therefore, the material was removed, and subsequently part had been used for industrial pur-poses.—Aus.-N.Z.
