PALMER AND GRAY, have received instructions from the Trustees of Lupton's Estate to sell by public auction about the middle of February, 1920, at the Waverley Town Hall — The whole of their valuable property adjoinicg the township of Waverley, and consisting of 1100 acres of first-class dairying land, which is to be cut up and subdivided into 10 farms, ranging from 20 acre 3 to 170 acres. The property has three road frontages and is very suitable for close settlement. It is well watered with running streams and .windmills. Exceptionally easy terms will be given.
