ANNUAL CONFERENCE. • By Telegraph.—Press Association. \ Wellington, Jan. 30. The New Zealand Institute is holding its annual meeting to-day. Dr. L. Cock* ayne presided, and delegates were presene from Auckland, Christehurch, Dunedinl Napier and Wanganui. [ The president said he was prepared t< hold a bi-annual Science Congress. Th« next one would be held at Palmeratoii' North, beginning next year. Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Izard had given £SOO Wat Loan War Bonds to the Wellington Col l lege Board of Governors to found a scho' larship in memory of their son Iveith, at one time a student there. /
