Marteens (the Soviet Ambassador) states he has received word from Petrograd that Berkman, Goldman, and other deportees were received with acclaim. Advices from Nairobi state that on the 23rd inst. a Somali platoon in Northern Jubuland mutinied, and murdered i their commander, Lieutenant Dawson I Smith. They then deserted and fled to k Somaliksd.
