WOULD-BE SUICIDE.
FIVE ATTEMPTS FAILURES. London, Jan. 11. A labourer, 52 years of age, has just been fined for the fifth time for having attempted to commit suicide. He admitted that he had tried nine times. The evidence stowed that lie threw himself in front of a train, which slowed down, and the protective-bar thrust him aside.
