VICTIM OF FRIGHTFULNESS.
CASE OF DELAYED INSANITY. London, Jan. 7. A curious case of delayed lunacy is reported from Bristol. A young Belgian woman, who was taken to'the workhouse raving mad, was the former victim of unspeakable German atrocities. After escaping to England she entered service, but lately went mad, screaming "Boche" to irhyone who approached her. Pictures of the.former Kaiser and Hindenburg increased her frenzy.
