THE SITUATION IN SIBERIA. : SOVIET RULE IN IRKUTSK. Received Jan. 26,3.5 p.m. London, Jan. 25. A Moscow wireless message states a Boviet authority has been established at Irkutsk, consisting of Communists, to whom the insurgents have handed over Koltchak and several of his Ministers. All ei them have been imprisoned. The insurgents also handed over seven waggons lade& with silver.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. WAR'AGAINST THE POLES. BOLSHEVIK PREPARATIONS. Warsaw, Jan. 24. Bolshevik troops from Siberia are reinforcing their army on the Polish fronts and concentrating in the area Which' Denikin abandoned. Trotsky is apparently making ready for an attack before the thaw commences, but the Ukrainians are supporting the Poles And should stop the advance. Petlura will shortly re-enter the field en. the Polish side. Brusiloff commands one of the Bolshevik armies.
