UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Jan. 19. The Government actuary estimates that unemployment insurance will apply to 7,!WC>,000 persons who contribute annually £4,217,000, employers contributing a like amount, anil the Exchequer contributing £2,812,000.
