ADMIRAL SIMS' ALLEGATIONS. SPECIFIC CHARGES MADE. By Telegraph.—rress Assn.—Copyright. Received Jan. 22, 7.15 p.m. New York, Jan. 19. The Washington correspondent of the New York Times states it is expected a complete Congressional investigation into the Navy Department will result f '-om Admiral Sims' charges. Admiral Sims cited eleven specific instances of alleged incompetence and declared he was not provided with an adequate staff in London; that he did not receive the naval units he desired, and that the ships required were greatly delayed.— Aiis,-N.Z. Cable Assn. ADMIRAL SIMS' ALLEGATIONS. Washington, Jan. 21. Mr. Walsh introduced a motion in the Senate condemning Admiral Sims for disclosing confidential information affecting international relations.
