The Russian Liberation Committee learns that a German, General Isen, led the Bolshevik occupation of Omsk, and General Blutcher commands another Red Army in Siberia. German military specialists attended the recent army conference at Moscow. —Reuter. London, Jan. 17. Denikin has established his headquarters at Ekatirinado, and hopes to hold a line from the Black Sea to the Caspian. The Bolsheviks claim the capture of Koltchak, with the remnants of his Ministry, with a quantity of gold, but it is believed the actual captors are insurgent Czechs.
