THE BADEN POWELL. The Baden Powell sailed from Wellington yesterday morning for New Plymouth and Is due here this morning. It is , expected that the vessel will sail for Tarakohe this evening to load for Lyttelton. THE CORINNA. On account of rain at Nelson and a watersiders' picnic yesterday, the Corinna has again been delayed. The vessel Is scheduled to leave Nelson for Wellington to-day and is due here on Saturday. THE MAPOURIKA. The Mapourlka was to leave Wellington yesterday for Lyttelton, from which port she will go back to Wellington, and thence proceed to New Plymouth. THE WAIMANA POR LOADING. Tho Shaw-Savlll liner Walmana arrived in Wellington on Tuesday, and berthed at the Glasgow Wharf. The vessel is to commence loading there, and will then leave for Waitara and Wanganui on Monday, sailing Anally from Wellington for London about February 14.
PASSENGERS POR NEW YORK. Dalgcty's announce an early opportunity for passengers to proceed direct from Wellington to New York via the Panama route. The big iiner Megantic, 14,878 tons, which left Liverpool about January 7th for Australian ports, is to get away from Sydney about March Ist, for New York via Wellington, Panama, and the West Indies.
