j LONDON TRAFFIC. London, Jan 10. Sir Albert Stanley, now Lord Ashfield, states that within a decade the transport facilities of Greater London will annually have to deal with 6000 million passengers. Many more underground railways must be built, also vast underground roads devoted exclusively to fast motor cars.
