LAST WEEK'S TRAFFIC RETURNS. j The traffic returns for the New Ply* mouth tramways for the week ended Sunday last show an increase of nearly £OO on those for the corresponding week of last year. In the 1019 period the revenue amounted to £239 8s 3d, and the passengers carried numbered 33,003. Following are the details foB last week:—
