FIRE AT DUNEDIN.
OUTBREAK IN BOOT FACTORY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. A fire, which causcfl extensive damage to stock and machinery, was discovered at the Dunedin Boot; Company's factory at 8.20 this morning.', It had apparently been caused by a firei left in an open grate the previous evening. The damage to the building, which is owned by T. E. Shiel, is estimated at £2OO, and is covered by an insurance of £350 in the Yorkshire Office. The damage to the stock of leather and machinery k estimated at £3OOO, the insurances being £IOOO on the stock and £2OO on the machinery in the State Office. '
