In view of the prospects of Bolshevik and Imperialistic aggression, interest attaches to the Moscow wireless proclamation declaring that the whole strength of Soviet Russia now turns towards economic and social organisation and is laboring for plenty of transport land machinery.—Times Service. NO NEWS OF KOLTCHAK. London, Jan. 13. There is no further news of Koltchak. Moscow wireless messages continue to chronicle the rapid advance of Redß on Irkutsk and great captures of treasure and booty on Denikin's front, including 650 guns, 11 tanks, 258 locomotives, and 5886 loaded wagons.—Reuter.
