The Bolshevik delegation at Dorpat have received wireless advice that the Bolsheviks captured Irkutsk and imprisoned Koltchak with his entire staff.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. THE FATE OF IRKUTSK. DENIAL OF ITS CAPTURE. Received Jan. 14, 7.40 p.m. London, Jan. 13. A Mosco wireless message proves the falsity of the assertion that the Bolsheviks had captured Irkutsk. THE OCCUPATION OF IRKUTSK. REVOLUTIONARIES HOLD THE TOWN. Received Jan. 14, 0.35 p.m. Peking, Jan. 8. Social revolutionaries hold Irkutsk. Other foreigners are attempting to leave Irkutsk, but are prevented by lack of locomotives. They are now protected by Japanese troops.— Reuter Service. UNITED STATES TROOPS. PROMISE TO WITHDRAW THEM.
