A Sinn Fein manifesto says that unless the civilised nations intervene in 1920, frightfulness will twice surpass that of 1919. The manifesto adds: "Mr. Lloyd George dare not submit to the electors • Home Rule scheme dividing Ulster, and he is, therefore, prepared to jamb the scheme down Irish throat* witit bayonets. We warn whom it may concern that bayonets will be necessaryW-Timea Service. A RAID AT DUBLIN. Received Jan. 10, 12.45 a.m. . London, Jan. 7j Large forces of Dublin police'and military simultaneously raided the Shin Fein headquarters at the New Ireland Assurance Company's Office.
