There are persistent rumors of probable changes in the State Cabinet, ineluding one section of Nationalists, who are dissatisfied with Mr. Holman's leadership, and are seeking to replace him. Mr. Holman denies the rumor that ho will succeed Sir S. G. Wade as AgentGeneral.
