Some time ago the Wellington Farmers 3 Meat Company launched out on a proposal to erect woollen mills in connection with the meat Works at Waingawa. The company has now taken another step in its progressive policy by engaging an expert to superintend the erection of soap and candle works, in i which articles will be manufactured both for l,ocal and foreign consumption.
