-o AUSTRALIA TO SAN FRANCISCO. By Telegraph —Press Assn—Copyright Vancouver, Jan. C. It is understood that Major D. A. Yarnold, R.F.C., a British "Ace," who was en route to Australia, has cancelled his journey and is to enter the Vickers Company's service and make arrangements for a trans-Pacific flight from Australia to San Francisco. A special Vickers-Viking machine is being built at Weybridge. The flight is dependent on the permission of the War Office,— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
