NEW YEAR TOURNAMENT. WON BY S. BUNDLE'S RINK. Tie New Tear bowline tournament was brought to a conclusion on Saturday. The semi-final was played in the morning, Bundle (80) defeating Branch (15). In the afternoon, Bundle and Beadle met In the final, the former winning by 21 points to 15. At the third head the score was Beadle 3, Bundle 1, but on the next head Bundle put on 8 and Beadle was never able to overtake the lead thereby established. This was Beadle's first attempt to skip a rink in a tournament and to have reached the position he did Baa a creditable achievement.
