I The Times Fund has closed at £2l,- ! 021,939, comprising the bulk of the nineteen million raised for the British Red j Cross war fund. The society is hand- I ing over £1,350,000 to nursing institu- j tions on condition that priority is given to dependents of combatants.—The Times.
