COUNTY. COUNCIL NOTICES. COUNTY OF TARANAKL KIRIBATI ROAD SPECIAL HATING AREA. SPECIAL ORDER. | V pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section Ifi of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Kiribati Road Special Rating Area in the Taranaki County, hereinafter described testified by petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers of the special rating area, the Capital Values of wliose properties as appearing in the Valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the Capital-Val-ues of the properties of the Ratepayers ", v ho did not s;i consent: The Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order for the purpose of forming and metalling the Kirihau Road, the Taranalci County Council hereby authorises the raising of a Loan of '£Boo at four and a half per centum per annum for a period of thirty-six years and a half, and declares that the cost of raising the said Loan and the first j'ear's interest on the Loan shall be papyable out of the money so raised. SPECIAL RATING AREA. Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, G, and 7 of section 170, block one, Egmont Survey District. The foregoing resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held at 2 p.m. on MONDAY, the 12th day of January, 1920. JOHN CONNETT, County Chairman. F pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 10 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1013," and with the consent of the Ratepayers of the Te Arei Road Special Rating Area in the Taranalci County hereinafter described testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the Ratepayers of the Special Rating Area, the capital values of whose properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said County i.-> collectively greater than the Capital Valu<& of the properties of the Ratepayers who did not so consent, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: For the purpose of forming and metalling the Te Avei Road, the Taranaki County Council hereby authorises the raising of a Loan of £BOO at four and a half per centum per annum for a period of thirtv-six years and a half, and declares that the cost of raising the said Loan and the first year's interest on the Loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised.
