■ VICE-REGAL LODGE AFFAIR. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Dee. 29. At the inquest on Captain Boast the verdict was that he was shot one of his comrades while on patrol duty. The civilian killed in Phoenix Park has been identified as Laurence Kennedy, a laborer. He complained on Saturday that he had been maltreated at the military barracks and was treat- > ed at the hospital for scalp wounds. 1 His movements after leaving the hospital are unknown.—Aus.-N.Z.
